CO 48-Hour Contracts and Regulations Course
This course provides the 48 hours of instruction in Colorado Real Estate Commission approved contracts and Colorado real estate regulations required of all applicants for a broker’s license in Colorado. Topics include regulations, Colorado statutory relationships, brokerage relationship agreements, sales contracts and related forms, and other considerations in real estate contracting.
